HOW TO CLAIM

1) If RC not working first ensure that the batteries are charged and you have inserted them with correct polarity. It is better to use new High quality batteries for sure. Don't use rechargeable batteries as most often they have only 1,2V. Remote control needs 1,5V (2X1,5V)
2) Inform us about the complaint by e-mail.
3) Write the reason for your complaint and your proposed solution (only need an advice or you want to return it?
You need not to add the invoice etc. (we will find it in our system)'
Always use the order number as a refference for faster response.
4) Follow the instructions from the support team. If you coopearate they usually solve the problem remotely and quickly.
5) If you decide to return the remote control, we will give you all the informations how to send it back or if you can keep it. You money is returned within 14 days.

All goods are covered by warranty for 24 months, unless otherwise stated. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, incompatibility, wrong programming etc.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT APLY TO:

a) Wear caused by normal use (eg. wiped away labels on the remote control buttons)
b) Improper storage (such as corrosion of battery terminals)
c) PCB contamination such as: if you spill liquid on the remote control - such as tea, coffee, lemonade - this is reflected in a poor sensitivity of some button contacts).
But we will be happy to give you an advice how to fix it :-)
