The first shipment was evidently damaged by the carrier (a visible shoe print on the packaging), therefore a claim was filed and the supplier promptly resolved it by delivering a new remote control. The claim was sent by e-mail on Friday afternoon, and on Monday morning a new remote control was delivered.

Elegant design. Easy setup by copying according to the instructions on the seller's website. I appreciate the color combinations - fewer arguments with my wife :) One-third the price of the original.
