Ease of ordering, fast delivery.

Remote controls seem to cover just about everything here. With this company I even got a replacement remote for my twenty-year-old receiver, which, although not original, works perfectly. Delivery took four days, though you should factor in that it was over a weekend. Thumbs up from me—VAT is a company that’s here for us, for people, and will go out of its way to accommodate.

I've shopped here several times now, always completely without problems. On the latest delivery there was a minor error, as only one remote was delivered instead of two. Nevertheless, one phone call was enough, and within two days I received the missing remote without any further charges. I can definitely recommend them; they're professionals.
