Unfortunately it arrived without a Czech manual; otherwise everything is fine.

Vat is a great shop. This is the second time I’ve taken advantage of their offers. Always satisfied. The first time I was looking for a remote for an older tower. Based on the make, they were able to program a new one. It has been several years and it still works. This time I was looking for a remote for a six-year-old television. They had it in stock and sent it the next day. Vat is a company from another world. Thanks!

A different one from the one I ordered arrived; for some reason it turns the TV on but won't turn it off.

I do not recommend it. The remote control did not cooperate with my gate. They sent me a replacement remote — it also did not work. The technician initially cooperated, but when he found out that the second remote did not work, he stopped communicating.

Fast and reliable negotiations

I had to cancel the order; the shop acted willingly, and within a few minutes it had everything taken care of completely correctly.
