I got the order, everything work fine Thank you very much. I recomendet.

--------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear customer we appologize for the missing button. Ian in Wellingborough UK,Received my direct replacement remote control works great, only can work 2 models only av receiver.Delivery was slow by My Hermes because at depot they used not my home address but a unknown address so unable to deliver had to call them to deliver to my home address.Remote Control World provided a fantastic service thankyou 5 stars.Ian.

I ordered a remote control for my philips btd2180. The original rc stopped working and it was very difficult to find and order a new one (at least in Europe). I tried (in vain) with some universal remote controls and finally I ordered a replacement rc from this Czech company for a very reasonable price. It came to Greece in the right time (about one week) as a registered parcel. It works perfectly and even better than the original (in the sense that the feeling in pressing the buttons is better and the response faster). Very-very sattisfied!

I am very grateful for your attention -on line-, Greetings Jakob! My Yamaha audio equipment is functional again with the new remote control that supplies it satisfactorily. Thanks for the keypad scheme. And again, thanks for the shipment in two days. The package arrived in Spain from your Czech postal district. Until another time.

Excellent support team, polite and prompt answers. The delivery was amazingly lightning speed. Reached here in Thailand 7 days, can't believe, even the local delivery in this region takes 2 weeks. The unit functions as if it is the original remote, tested all functions i frequently use and are working perfectly. Satisfied immensely and anyday i would recommend to my friends. Pls. keep me updated on new gadgets.
