I ordered an LG tv remote on 10th October, to be sent to me in Australia. The package arrived today, 30th October, but unfortunately the remote was missing from the package. I think it may have fallen out as the end of the package was unsealed and wasn't torn at all. I am thinking it may not have been sealed properly when sent. I have contacted Online Support and spoke to Tom. He has already organised to have the remote resent to me today. That is certainly excellent service from this business. I will be recommending Remote Control World to everyone I know.

I´ve searched a long time in the internet without success for a Marantz RC until I found "VAT Remote Control World". Well, what shall I write. On the VAT homepage was advertised that I just to have unpack their RC and everything works, so I immediately ordered the RC. The shipping was very quick, I just unpacked the RC, went to the Marantz, pushed the power button on the RC and.......... IT WORKED PERFECTLY. I couldn´t believe that. All the promises from VAT are absolutely correct. Each function of the old Marantz RC are also on the new RC from VAT. Many, many thanks from good old Germany! Keep going guys!

I bought to be an original product when it is a good looking copy. The original has metall Buttons while The one I bought from you has plastic Buttons and a different feel when pushing them. Function is good thou.
