I just wanted to say how delighted I was to receive my remote control in super fast time all the way to Australia. The remote works perfectly with my old stereo system and, although it looks different from the original one, with your helpful instruction sheet I can work out which buttons perform the functions I need. I bought a Premium General to control my, Samsung TV, Sony VCR and Tiviar set top box. I gave the model numbers of my units for programming and received the unit programmed by the factory. The remote worked for all three units with no problems. I am very pleased with the remote and the service that I received. Thank you
