I understand there is a nationwide pandemic, but after seeing that others have received orders in the mail in a much shorter period of time and I have not. I am extremely disappointed. I placed the order on April 4th, still nothing. I tried reaching out to customer service through the chat option when indicating customer service was "online" with no reply. The shipping to the USA estimates 10-20 days and it has been over a month and a half. Already disappointed, if I ever receive the remote in the mail I will see if it works...

Bought a remote to control my Yamaha RX-V465 and some important functions dont work (setup, etc). I ASSUME THE THE PROBLEM IS THAT SOME LESS USED FUNCTIONS CAN BY ACTIVATED BY "SHIFT" WHILE "SHIFT" ON THE SUPPLIED REMOTE WORKS THE SAME AS "SHIFT" ON PC KEYBOARD (SHIFT+BUTTON)

Don´t buy this remote control fro Abox A6. It doesn´t work with the device and their responses were very slow and at the end you will have to return it

I ordered a remote control duplicate for my Cambridge Audio Azur 752BD feb 25 via express delivery to Norway. Today, two days later, the remote control arrived. Have tested it and it works great. I also find that the buttons are placed more logically than the original. Thumbs up for Remote Control World! Thanks!
