Now this is what I call service. I ordered a remote and by mistake, which is human, they sent me a different type. I contacted the customer service and was helped amazingly and very friendly by Petr. They sent the correct remote and it works awesomely along with a small box of chocolates. Magnificent and splendid!

Great service, good prices, transparant shipping process, swift delivery. Thx!!!

Excellent service from these guys. The re toe control arrived within the 7 days. I installed the batteries I ordered at the same time, no codes needed, no faffing about, it worked instantly. I'd highly recommend so much so, I've orders another for a sexond device I have. Thank you so much guys

Absolutely recommendable, knowledgeable and helpful service. They do have everything. Had to find a remote for 2007 Panasonic model, that was not even available in IR emulator apps for Android. They had it.

I needed a replacement remote control for my Yamaha DSPA3090 Amplifier. With the unit being over 25 years old, the original remote control was no longer available. I then discovered Remote Control World website and the replacement remote on offer. I placed an order on 18/9/20 and received my remote control on 23/9/20 in Melbourne, Australia. I opened the package, inserted some batteries and to my surprise it works perfectly. Thank You Remote Control World. Excellent product and super fast delivery.

I've looked acrooss the Internet plains for a replacement remote control for my Sharp Aqous TV (which uses RF and not IR, so no universal remote would do) as the one isn't available for buying in Croatia, and found the VAT crew as one of only a few that had the matching remote control, at a fair price, icluding shipping cost. VAT customer service was kind enough to confirm that's indeed the remote control for my TV, so no mistake with the model, and to ship the remote as soon as I placed na order. The remote arrived in three days (to Croatia) and works flawelessly after initial pairing with the TV. Do contact these guys if you are in searc for a replacement for your remote control.

I was hesitant to purchase initially from this site but they have proved me wrong. I have received the remote within 12 days to Bangalore, India and it is working perfectly fine. They also answer your calls.

I found this to be a good fast and reasonably priced service. Cloned a handset for an obsolete and even at the time not widely distributed HD satellite receiver. Many thanks
