Procedure for copying the code from the original remote control:

1. Press and hold the button X on General VATRONIC and then press the button ✓ 4 times.
2. Release both buttons. The red indicator LED on the General VATRONIC remote will briefly flash every two seconds.
3. Place the original remote control that you want to duplicate in front of or next to the General VATRONIC remote.
4. On the original remote control, press and hold the button that you want to duplicate. Keep it pressed until the blue indicator LED on the General VATRONIC remote starts flashing rapidly.
5. At this moment, press the button on the General VATRONIC remote where you want to save the code. The blue LED on the remote will briefly light up and turn off - this confirms the code has been saved.
6. The copy has been successfully created. The General VATRONIC remote needs to be registered with the drive unit (see the manual for the drive/receiver).

How to REGISTER the new remote control into the original main unit:

1. Press the 'P' button for 5 seconds (no longer) to access the 1st programming level.
2. By pressing the P button again, you select the programming menus needed for the basic setup of the drive.
3. Press the P button until the 7th indicator light blinks clockwise, while the others stay lit (above and below).
4. While the indicator light is blinking, bring the general GATE remote control close and press the learned command, holding it for 2 seconds.
5. Press the P button on the Control Unit to finish writing to memory.
6. Test the learned remote control.
