SELECTION OF CODING TYPE (TO.GO/HAPPY VA)

The VA series remote controls (TO.GO VA and HAPPY VA) can operate in HCS mode (Benincà Rolling-code) or ARC mode (Advanced Rolling-code). This allows the transmitters to be used on systems equipped with HCS receivers. The transmitter is factory set to ARC mode.

To change the code type:

Press and hold buttons T1 and T2 simultaneously.
After about 3 seconds, the LED will start to blink, the number of blinks indicates the currently set code:
- 3 blinks + pause 1s = ARC mode
- 4 blinks + pause 1s = ARC + HCS mode*
- 2 blinks + pause 1s = HCS mode
If the buttons are held down for an additional (approximately 20s), the LED will light up continuously for 3 seconds. Releasing the buttons during these 3 seconds will switch the transmitter to the next mode (3 >> 4 >> 2 >> 3 >> 4 >> ...).

If buttons T1/T2 are released when the LED is not lit continuously, there will be no change in configuration.

*In this mode, the keys on the left (1 and 3) are coded ARC and the keys on the right (2 and 4) are HCS.

It is a brand new RF (radio) remote control for gates or garage door with roling code. You HAVE TO REGISTER the new remote control into the original main unit. The pairing method is very simple.

Paired with the RX MULTI receiver with the setting on No. 2 according to the table in the manual (MARANTEC 433,92) Both buttons work the same, which suits me. As long as the button is held down, the RX MULTI output relay is switched on. The remote control came with a 12V battery, which can be replaced.
