A year ago I bought an alternative remote control for an LG TV. After a year the remote control stopped working, the company agreed to deliver the original remote control for an additional fee of the difference in price between the alternative and the original remote control. The complaint was handled immediately, no waiting 30 days for it to be processed, so maximum satisfaction.
