Fast and reliable purchase.

We lost the remote control for a relatively old TV and we quickly needed a new one for our grandmother, who is staying with us for the holidays and will be 100 years old in a few weeks. She already has poor fine motor skills, so we were interested in a remote control for seniors as an alternative to a classic remote control. Everything was handled very quickly, even though we forgot to write in the order how to set up the senior remote control. Communication with the store was professional and we thank you very much for your willingness and help. Everything works great :)
