I don't give it a full five stars, because there's always something that can be improved and adjusted :-). But there is satisfaction here.

The remote control was in stock with the supplier; an alternative was offered to me immediately, but I wanted to wait for the original remote. However, the supplier moved the delivery deadline, and they informed me of this immediately and again offered an alternative :)
