reliability, speed of order delivery

I got an old tower for free with only a non-functional encoder for volume control, which is not even reasonably cleanable/replaceable, and of course there was no remote control for it, so after googling I came across this page and tried to order a replacement and it really works! :) So Asekol is unlucky.
