You are ordering a REPAIR of the Enduro EM203 control unit. After placing the order, please send us your faulty control unit and we will repair it. The address and instructions on how to send it are in the description below.
Repair description:
- This is a complete repair of the control unit, including cleaning and regeneration of contacts.
- The warranty period for the completed repair is 12 months. Out-of-warranty repairs are offered at a 50% discount.
- The repair time is at least one week, but it may take a month or longer (depending on the extent of the repair). If you need it sooner, we will accommodate you; just write to customer support.
We also repair devices that other service centers have returned as unrepairable or after a previous amateur attempt to repair. Surcharge for such a repair after a previous unsuccessful attempt: 0 - 200 (depending on the severity of the damage), because we must first restore the device to its original condition. In that case, you will be informed in advance, but you do not have to agree to the repair. If we cannot repair the device (which happens very rarely!), you pay nothing for the repair, and we will refund your money to your account, deducting only the economic postage for returning it to you (according to our official shipping price list at the bottom of the page) or you can give us permission for ecological disposal, and you will not pay anything at all (you will receive a 100% full refund).

How to send the device to us for repair:
- Your control unit should be sent by mail along with a description of the fault in a cover letter - remember, the more information you provide in the letter, the easier and faster it will be; some faults are difficult to determine without user information (e.g., excessive battery drainage or occasional functionality failures)
- We will return the repaired control unit to you within a week (usually sooner; if it's urgent, write to customer support, we will accommodate you at no extra charge) to the address you provided. In exceptional cases, it may take longer, for example, if an atypical component needs to be ordered; we generally have everything in stock.
