You are ordering a REPAIR of the Truma S, SE control unit. After ordering, you need to send us your faulty control unit and we will repair it. The address and instructions on how to send it are in the description below.
Description of the repair:
- This is a complete repair of the control unit including cleaning and regeneration of contacts.
- The warranty period for the performed repair is 12 months. Post-warranty repairs come with a 50% discount.
- The repair time is up to a week (if you need it sooner, we will accommodate you, just write to customer support)
We also repair devices that other services have returned as unrepairable or after a previous amateur attempt at repair. Surcharge for such a repair after a previous unsuccessful repair attempt: 0 - 200,- (depending on the severity of the damage), because we first need to restore the device to its original state. In that case, you will be informed in advance, but you do not have to agree to the repair. If we cannot repair the device (which happens really rarely!), you will not pay anything for the repair, and the money you paid will be refunded to your account, we will only deduct the economic shipping cost for sending it back to you (according to our official price list of shipping at the bottom of the page) or you can give us consent for ecological disposal and pay nothing at all (you will receive a 100% full refund).

How to send us the device for repair:
- Your control unit should be sent by mail along with a description of the fault in a cover letter - remember that the more information you include in the letter, the easier and faster it will be; some faults are difficult to identify without information from the user (for example, excessive battery drain or occasional functionality outages)
- We will return the repaired control unit to you within two weeks (usually sooner, if it's urgent, write to customer support, we will accommodate you at no extra charge) to the address you provided. In exceptional cases, it may take longer, for example, when an atypical component or chip needs to be ordered (usually we have everything in stock).
