You are ordering a REPAIR of the Truma Mover GO2 control unit. After placing your order, you need to send us your faulty control unit, and we will repair it. The address and instructions on how to send it are in the description below.
Description of the repair:
- This is a complete repair of the control unit including cleaning and rejuvenation of contacts.
- The warranty period for the completed repair is 12 months. Post-warranty repairs are offered at a 50% discount.
- The repair time is up to a week (if you need it sooner, we will accommodate you, just contact customer support)
We also repair devices that other service centers have returned as unrepairable or after a previous amateur repair attempt. The surcharge for such a repair after a previous unsuccessful repair attempt: 0 - 200,- (depending on the severity of the damage), as we first need to bring the device back to its original condition. In that case, you will be informed in advance, but you do not have to agree to the repair. If we cannot repair the device (but this happens very rarely!), you will not pay for the repair at all; we will refund your payment, deducting only the economic postage for sending it back to you (according to our official price list for Shipping at the bottom of the page) or you can give us consent for eco-friendly disposal, and you will not pay anything at all (you will receive a 100% full refund).

How to send your device for repair:
- Please send your control unit by mail along with a description of the malfunction in an accompanying letter - remember, the more information you provide in the letter, the easier and faster it will be; some malfunctions are difficult to diagnose without information from the user (e.g., excessive battery drain or occasional functionality outages).
- We will return your repaired control unit to you within two weeks (usually sooner; if it's urgent, contact customer support, and we will accommodate you at no extra charge) to the address you provided. In exceptional cases, it may take longer, for example, if an atypical component or chip needs to be ordered (we usually have everything in stock).
