This PremiumX model was originally supplied with two different types of remote controls. These original remotes are not mutually compatible, but our replacement remote is designed to work with both versions. Switch the mode as needed: If you purchased our replacement remote before September 15, 2025, it may not work with your device, as the existence of the second version was not yet known at that time. If this affects you, please write to our customer support at
orders@remote-control-world.eu. We will send you an updated replacement free of charge, or arrange free reprogramming/repair if you send us your original remote together with the non-functional replacement.
