I ordered a replacement remote and when it arrived (very quickly) it was set incorrectly so did not work as expected. I sent an e-mail to explain and have now received another remote, which works correctly, along with a box of chocolates. How cool is that? Great after-sales service, would recommend any time. Thank you - 5 stars.
