Bought a Yamaha substitute. They transferred the information from my old remote to the new. and it really works like an original. I am just curious what if you don't have an old remote to transfer the info? The remote is RIDICULOUSLY expensive ($25 USD with shipping my old re,ote to them) but we couldn't get such an atypical remote anywhere else.

Dear customer, there are many ways how we can get the remote control information, IR codes. Copying from an old original remote is only one of the easiest. If you dont have original, we can solve it too, don't worry. You know your original remote was deffective, non working, and yet we were able to get the information of it :-D
