Wow, very disappointed in customer service...

I understand there is a nationwide pandemic, but after seeing that others have received orders in the mail in a much shorter period of time and I have not. I am extremely disappointed. I placed the order on April 4th, still nothing. I tried reaching out to customer service through the chat option when indicating customer service was "online" with no reply. The shipping to the USA estimates 10-20 days and it has been over a month and a half. Already disappointed, if I ever receive the remote in the mail I will see if it works...
