The remote control supplied is already pre-programmed on buttons ▲ and ▼. You only need to register the remote control to your original receiving unit memory.

Procedure for copying the code from the original remote control:

1. Press and hold the button X on General VATRONIC and then press the button ✓ 4 times.
2. Release both buttons. The red indicator LED on the General VATRONIC remote will briefly flash every two seconds.
3. Place the original remote control that you want to duplicate in front of or next to the General VATRONIC remote.
4. On the original remote control, press and hold the button that you want to duplicate. Keep it pressed until the blue indicator LED on the General VATRONIC remote starts flashing rapidly.
5. At this moment, press the button on the General VATRONIC remote where you want to save the code. The blue LED on the remote will briefly light up and turn off - this confirms the code has been saved.
6. The copy has been successfully created. The General VATRONIC remote needs to be registered with the drive unit (see the manual for the drive/receiver).

How to REGISTER the new remote control into the original main unit:

1. Briefly press the P button on the drive cover or on the Receiving Unit (hereinafter referred to as RU).
2. The red LED will start flashing, allowing the remote control to be paired with the RU.
3. Press and hold the button on the remote control until the LED starts flashing rapidly, then release the button.
4. Within 15 seconds, press the same button on the remote control again and hold it. The LED will start flashing very rapidly, then release the button.
5. After the LED stops flashing, the remote control is successfully registered.

NOTE: If the LED stops flashing before pairing is completed with the RU, the programming was not completed and the RU will not function properly!
