The remote control supplied is already pre-programmed on buttons 1 and 2. You only need to register the remote control to your original receiving unit memory.

Procedure for copying the code from the original remote control:

1. Press and hold the button X on General VATRONIC and then press the button ✓ 4 times.
2. Release both buttons. The red indicator LED on the General VATRONIC remote will briefly flash every two seconds.
3. Place the original remote control that you want to duplicate in front of or next to the General VATRONIC control.
4. On the original remote control, press and hold the button that you want to duplicate. Keep it pressed on the original until the red indicator LED on the General VATRONIC control lights up. Then release the button on the original remote control.
5. After a short moment, the red indicator LED on the General VATRONIC control will flash twice (every two seconds). This alert informs the user that to successfully complete the duplication, it is necessary to transmit the source "SEED" code from the original remote control.
6. Prepare the original remote control, create an electrical bridge between pins 1 and 5 of the 5-pin connector - the original remote control will stay lit. Place it back next to the General VATRONIC remote.
7. As soon as the GENERAL VATRONIC remote changes its blinking speed (it will blink faster) and the color of the indicator LED changes to blue, press the button on the General VATRONIC control where you want to save the code. The blue indicator LED on the remote will briefly light up and turn off. This will confirm successful saving of the code to the selected button.
8. Remove the jumper from the original remote control - the LED will turn off.
9. The copy has been successfully created. The General VATRONIC remote needs to be registered with the drive unit (see the manual for the drive/receiver).

How to REGISTER the new remote control into the original main unit:

1. Enable programming mode on the receiver (see receiver's user manual).
2. Press the Start button on the transmitter to save to memory. If programming is done correctly, the receiver will beep twice.
3. Once all control elements are saved to memory, turn off the receiver's programming mode.
