Everyone can make a mistake, but we pay for our mistakes ourselves!

In case of any mistake on our part, the customer automatically receives a discount and free shipping. When exchanging goods, we send a so-called return assistant, which is free for you, or we reimburse the shipping cost.

Good construction, only the battery cover (2x AAA) is very stiff to slide off. It is advisable to carefully use the tip of a sharp knife of an appropriate size, gently insert it into the gap near the cover catch and push. It was just as stiff on the remote that came with the TV. Over time, the catch on the cover will wear down a bit and it will go better. Even so, it will be quite stiff to slide off throughout the life of the remote. Different remote manufacturers have different designs, and this is unfortunately the stupider way of opening the battery cover. The entire original remote is still functional, but the most used buttons do not have the expected response and more pressure needs to be applied for a specific button to work. The most used buttons (OK and navigation buttons up, down, left, right) are made of flexible metal inside. Even so, on the original remote, the flexible metal on the down and right buttons wore out first. It no longer had the expected response and recoil. The other buttons on the remote are black conductive surfaces on which conductive rubber sits - the one you press on the remote. The new remote will probably have the exact same construction, and I estimate its lifespan with 4 people using it - like the original remote - to be 8 years.
