Experienced customer support

We are constantly in touch with you BEFORE and AFTER PURCHASE of your new remote control or other spare part.

We respond to emails within 24 hours; alternatively, you can contact us via online chat (bottom right on our website), where an experienced technician will immediately answer your questions, 12 hours a day, 6 days a week (please be patient on Mondays, there are many inquiries after the weekend).

REAL and LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT or, in the case of a more complex technical issue, an EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN

Our experts are happy to help you select the right remote control or advise you on issues related to remote control or other wireless communication - we specialize in this field, which is why we are among the most respected experts in the world.

We genuinely care about our customers,
at our company, people communicate with people :-)

Nowadays, when most online stores communicate with you only through chatbots and automated responses that bother you with meaningless general answers, our approach to customers is unrivaled!
We also use automation and new technologies, but only where it makes sense - thanks to automation in other areas, we can devote more time to our customers.

Everyone can make a mistake, but we pay for our mistakes ourselves!

In case of any mistake on our part, the customer automatically receives a discount and free shipping. When exchanging goods, we send a so-called return assistant, which is free for you, or we reimburse the shipping cost.
If you accidentally choose the wrong type, we will be happy to send you the right one. To avoid this, we recommend consulting with us on the online chat before purchasing!

Universal remote.

I already have a third one.

I use a Roger fixed-code for the gate and Hörmann rolling-code for the gates.

Instead of numerals as before, only dots.

Dots = a step backward.
