It is a brand new ORIGINAL RF (radio) remote control, so it needs to be paired with the device (all radio remotes need pairing). The pairing method is very simple.

EASY START UP: 1. Turn on the power – the green LED on the unit lights up. 2. Switch the controller to the On position – the green LED lights up. 3. Press and hold the Reset button on the control unit – the green LED flashes slowly. 4. The unit's LED starts flashing rapidly, which is the synchronization signal. Press Reset on the unit again to confirm pairing. 5. After successful synchronization, the green LED lights up continuously on both the unit and the controller.
