I received a different remote control than the one I ordered. After filing a complaint, a replacement solution was immediately offered. The remote control ended up working with my TV, but they still offered to send me another replacement remote control.

I must praise the shop for their helpfulness. The lady on the helpline guided me on how to proceed and then concluded that I needed a different one. She sent the new remote free of charge, and only after I confirmed the immediate pairing and functionality of the new remote did I pay the difference and return the unsuitable one for free. Perfect service.

Fast communication regarding an incorrect order on my part; I ordered a remote control but ordered the wrong one. After an agreement with the store, they promptly exchanged it for me, for which I thank them very much.

I was a bit hesitant whether to order at all. Honestly, the e-shop seemed a bit suspicious to me; the rating was good, but the rating address on Heureka (dalkove- ovladace VAT) differed from the e-shop address (dalkove-ovladace.cz). In the end, I ordered and am completely satisfied. I received an order confirmation and then only info from the carrier (no emails like we are processing, picking, packing, handing over, …). The remote is a professional product, in a nice case, works perfectly.
