satisfaction :-)

They sent me the wrong driver. I sent it back at my own expense. Two days later, the correct driver arrived - it works.

I ordered two controllers. After picking it up, I found out at home that the store only sent one. I called the store the next morning worried about what had happened and how it would be resolved. I admit that I did not count on a successful claim. How do you want to prove this? However, the store's reaction was very surprising to me. The lady asked me which one didn't arrive, she apologized to me and said that it would be delivered the next day. I haven't experienced this yet. Once again, I thank the store for a very professional and fair action. Other marketers should learn from them.
