At the time of ordering it was written that the remote was original and you only needed to insert batteries, but when it arrived it didn’t work. Then I read that Septobox must be updated to the latest version, but it refuses to update and I don’t have the nerves or the time to figure out why it won’t update. If I had bought a universal remote I would have saved my nerves and money.

I am very satisfied, they gave good advice and sent it quickly. I needed a Magic remote for the new TV with numeric buttons (the one delivered had no buttons), which also works with a pointer, and that worked.
