The remote control didn't work, so I sent it back and in a few days I got a phone call to recode the remote control and send it back. After delivery, a few days later, a lady called to see if everything was working. A great above-standard these days!

Pairing the remote control only worked via the menu from the TV, but it works perfect after that. Button press is a little harder than the original remote but thats ok.
