My disrecommendations apply only to the area of phonograph cartridges and styli. Evidently they are not knowledgeable in this field – on the webshop the descriptions are imprecise or wrong, in communication they mix up a cartridge with a stylus, butcher the terminology – "epileptic" stylus, they have no stock even though the webshop states otherwise. I was drawn in by the price of the goods and shipping; as a result of a confirmed and paid order for a cartridge and a spare stylus from Audio-Technica by mail order, the stylus would be delayed by three weeks, they sent a different cartridge, which they claim is the original, but it is a Chinese no-name with poorer specifications, 55% cheaper than ordered. They refunded the money, but not a word of regret, let alone an apology.
