The controller was purchased this morning with the expectation that it would arrive the next day. It wasn't even shipped that day. This isn't the first time this has happened.

I needed a replacement remote control for an older TV. The store responded to my inquiry and immediately advised me on the correct type of remote control, which I subsequently ordered.
