Everything's OK

Hello, the remote arrived later than stated, but that's not decisive. When I put batteries into the remote, the display showed incomplete numbers (as if the display was skipping and the batteries were inserted correctly; otherwise it would not light up at all). This repeated until about the second day. I pulled the batteries out and put them back in, and by the second day the display came on and everything was clearly visible. But it still doesn't respond with the air conditioner to this day; I don't know where the problem is. So now I'm seeking an original remote to determine where the problem lies and rule out possible factors.

Serious business; I am extremely satisfied — including mutual communication.
