I was looking for a remote control for a ceiling light that the original supplier no longer sold. After communicating with this seller via email (what options do I have), I was recommended a duplicate remote control that was supposed to have the same functions/buttons. A few days after ordering, I received a remote control that was more beautiful than the original, no pairing was required, I simply inserted the batteries and the light suddenly worked again. By purchasing this approx. 18 Euro remote control, I was able to keep a light worth 200+ Euro. The only thing I can criticize is the long response time to my email (approx. a week) - I didn't even expect a reply...
