They are very nice when talking on the phone, the package arrived two days later by mistake and I didn't have to pay postage for that. By the way, it was a remote control for a 14 year old TV, which I couldn't find anywhere else. Many thanks

Everything is fine...

There was no Czech instructions for restarting the controller, which I had to do and then everything was fine.

I appreciate the quick processing of the order and delivery of the goods. The product remote control works without any problems. So overall satisfaction.

The goods did not arrive, so I sent an email to the store. And they immediately started to investigate where the error occurred. Since there was probably an error somewhere in the transport, they immediately sent me the goods again. It arrived almost immediately. I am completely satisfied with the store. The remote control arrived in good condition and works great. So I highly recommend it.
