The remote control arrived nonfunctional. The communication was excellent. However, after sending the defective remote, there is no information at all about where the shipment is or whether it has already been delivered. I still have to inquire about it myself. There has been no activity from the seller regarding this. Well, we'll see; perhaps I'll get it. But my initial trust has fallen by 50%.
