I was unable to use my KS soundbar for want of a Remote Control - the original broke. I'd tried for ages to get one, and had all but given up until I happened upon your website. I found the matching RC and ordering was easy (I didn't need any help). The replacement RC arrived within 2 weeks of ordering - and I was kept up to date with the whole process. I'm very happy to report that the RC works perfectly and is correctly labelled for the soundbar. Thank you very much guys :)

I received the General POCKET Duplicate for my HARMAN KARDON SB30 in 6 days .(very quickly). In France, impossible de get the original, the product is no longer commercialised.
