I received a universal controller, without the EPG button. So I contacted the store that apparently someone messed up the order and I need this feature. The support lady was very helpful, she apologized for the mistake and corrected everything to my full satisfaction. Although the GENERAL HISENSE EN2D27 was not in stock, according to my function requirements, we finally chose the Hisense EN2X27HS. Just a negligible difference. After I received the new controller, I sent the original one back to the store free of charge as we agreed. The interview took place on 23.12. and the same day Balíkovna sent a notification about taking over the shipment. Cool.

Everything's all right.
